Custom Templates #
The Master server will send a daily summary report during system maintenance if you enable this option in the Global Settings. A default template is included with Mailborder, but you may copy and then modify the copy template or create your own here:
[ Master GUI > Menu > Components > Report Templates ]
You may create a custom copy of the default template with your own modifications or simply create a completely new template. You then assign the template here:
[ Master GUI > Menu > Cluster > Cluster Settings > Summary Template ]
Slugs #
The slugs listed in the below table are used to display the dynamic information. You may put these slugs anywhere within your template and they will be replaced with the dynamic content.
Slugs – Summary Totals #
{{total_email}} | Total email for the reporting period. This is a singular text value. |
{{email_volume}} | Email volume size, such as 2.03GB. This is a singular text value. |
{{quarantine_rate}} | The rate in percent of how many emails were quarantined. This is a singular text value. |
{{avg_scan_time}} | The average time it takes to scan an email. This is a singular text value. |
