You can easily move Mailborder licenses between servers without contacting support to get a new license. If, for example, you built a new Mailborder server and want to transfer the license to the new server, simply deactivate the license on Server A and the activate it on Server B.
If your Server A has crashed and you cannot perform a deactivation, you will need to submit a support ticket to have the license deactivated.
